Parpar, the blue Butterfly, is the Tiny Virtue Hero of DEVOTION. We imagine that while in her cocoon, before her transformation into a butterfly, Parpar miraculously sees Mary crowned queen of Heaven. In heaven, the loving devotion to God that filled Mary’s life on earth with habits of virtue, each became the jewels that arrayed the new queen. Each sparkling adornment was a glorious sign of the beauty of Mary’s virtue strength, her unconditional and ardent love for God, and all His children.
